It's the Final Week of our Spring Cleaning Challenge! Were you able to keep up!? I hope you were inspired by my nesting instincts to deep clean and detox your home by this point! If not, well there is always next Spring! lol 😂 Week 3, Step 3 'Better Textiles and Furniture'In this video, I take you on a tour of organizing, and detoxing my linen closet. I sold or gave away most of my acrylic blankets, polyester rugs, pillows, and curtains. I replaced my aluminum non-stick coated baking pans in the kitchen with stainless steel and baking sheets. This freed up space in my closet and kitchen cabinet room to 'make the swap.' This 100% cotton rug replaced the polyester rug in my kitchen. I am so happy to be making the changes, slowly but surely, it will come together. Today, I was inspired to deep clean my shower. I only use baking soda and vinegar, it works like a sparkling charm! It is the best feeling to clean off in a clean shower. I finally found a non-toxic solution for cleaning the hard water stains from the toilet bowl. This pumice stone cleaner works like a wonder. It removes the calcified stuff on the deep bottom of the toilet that a scrubbing brush does not get off. Even if life got busy and you didn't join us in the Spring Cleaning Challenge, don't forget to read my Free E-Book on all the different ways to detox and clean your home naturally when you are ready!
